In case you haven’t already heard, Jim Maturen has been in the hospital for what looks like COVID-19 symptoms and complications. Jim is the founder of MWTHA and worked tirelessly to ensure that the wild turkey population in Michigan stayed healthy. 
I hope we will keep Jim in our prayers.

Hope all are surviving the cold and ice; it’s been brutal hasn’t it?  At night I can see a flock of turkeys roosting in the trees behind the house and I can only wonder how in the heck they don’t freeze up and fall off their limb.

A Message – February 2018

Just letting you know that M.W.T.H.A. is alive and well!  At the State Chapter meeting on Feb.11, 2018, members voted that its new home will be in Clare County, MI.
