We held a turkey calling seminar at Jay’s Sporting Goods in Clare, MI on January 24 this year. Greg Abbas from A-Way Outdoors was the guest speaker. We also distributed corn on that day to anyone in the state that had wild turkeys on their property. We distributed 2,450 pounds of corn all over the state.
Here are some of the counties that picked up corn for the wild turkeys. Arenac, Gratiot, Saginaw, Cheboygan, Ingham, Osceola, Wexford, Crawford, Newaygo, Muskegon, Huron, Roscommon and Genesee were just some of the counties that received corn on that day.
