Especially when that mild winter, and early, warm spring appears to have resulted in a bumper crop of poults in many areas this past spring. With, once again, no fall hunt in most of our areas, we are crossing our fingers and praying for another mild winter this year to help us get our birds through another Michigan winter.

Once again, all of our chapters will do their best to see to it that those poults get through the winter ahead with our winter feeding programs, with the help of thousands of property owners all over northern Michigan.

Have a great fall!
